After your 12-month term, purchase a Platform Transfer for a one-time fee of $1,500. We move the full codebase to your own GitHub account, reconnect your site hosting, hand over all documentation, and run a 60-minute walkthrough. Your accounts are already yours — we hand over the keys to the code.
Scope & boundaries
We believe in clear expectations. These items are not included in either plan but can be quoted and scoped separately if you need them.
Adding something that was not in the original build — a loyalty program, a new integration, a custom tool — is scoped and quoted as a separate project.
A full visual overhaul or structural change to your site is outside the maintenance scope. Minor style tweaks count as content updates.
We build the system and write functional copy, but original product photography and long-form brand writing are not included.
Your hosting, database, payment processing, and email service bill you directly. Our monthly fee covers management — not the infrastructure costs themselves.
