Scope & boundaries
We believe in clear expectations. These items aren't part of the standard Build & Maintain and Grow plans. Most of them are exactly what a Bespoke Build is for — anything else is quoted and scoped separately.
Adding something that wasn't in the original build — a loyalty program, a new integration, a custom tool — is the heart of a Bespoke Build, or a scoped add-on to an existing plan.
A full visual overhaul or structural change to your site sits outside standard maintenance. Minor style tweaks count as content updates; a ground-up redesign is scoped as its own project.
We build the system and write functional copy, but original product photography and long-form brand writing are not included.
Your hosting, database, payment processing, and email service bill you directly. Your build and any care plan cover our work — not the infrastructure costs themselves.
